Hooo Haaa

 

Alfredo James Pacino was born on April 25, 1940, in Harlem, New York is an American actor and film director who has also participated in theater.

Pacino made his film debut with a brief role in Me, Natalie (1969) and was catapulted to international recognition for his role as Michael Corleone in Francis Ford Coppola's The Godfather (1972), the best film in history in my opinion.

He has other great movies like Scarface, Carlito’s Way (a classmate has it as a zoom image), Serpico, Donnie Brasco and Heat (in which he works with another of my favorite actors, Robert de Niro) and his last work, The Irishman directed by scorsese, my favorite director. He won the oscar for Scent of a woman in 1993.

I like him for his trajectory and his movies, I like that he is a method actor and mainly his voice work, which is different for each work. His work has inspired and motivated me to work in film.

Cinema

            I study film and it's what I personally love, the truth is I don't do it for the world.

 

the cinema creates imaginary and proposes dreams, it makes us see things from another point of view. for 2 hours the problems belong to others and we manage to distract ourselves from our reality, a rest that we all need from time to time.

cinema affects the world with its ideas and talks about important issues in different ways, which makes us ask questions and analyze.

it is a means of expression and like all art it is fundamental to bring out what we have inside and transform it into something beautiful.

I don't really see myself in the process of making the world a better place, I think I am my own world, but in spite of this many movies fed my soul and my heart, probably making the earth a better place one person at a time.

 

Let´s Bet

 

I took this picture to convince a ñublense fan to bet money for the game. i like to bet on anything and everything, especially when the team of my heart is playing.

In spite of my efforts I couldn't convince the girl to bet money for the game.

In the end it was good, because due to a coronavirus outbreak Colo Colo had to play with youth players and ended up losing 5-1, but even though I saved money, I was devastated because Colo Colo is everything to me.

 

I always take pictures of sports programs to talk to fans of other teams and motivate them to bet against me.

 

I have thought about betting on apps but i feel that i would lose the personal thrill of knowing who you beat and being able to annoy them a little.

if there are any fans reading this I hope to hear from them to arrange a bet.

The Real Ceviche is Made by Me

 my favorite food is ceviche de robalo and even more so when I prepare it myself. it is a dish that has red onion, red and green pepper and lots of lemon. it is left to rest for a while so that the lemon curdles the fish and soaks in the flavors.

the fish is cleaned and cut in squares not too small so that it does not fall apart, the onion is cut in feathers and the peppers in small pieces.

I really like the ingredients in general, I am a fan of citrus and seafood products, and when these come together they create something wonderful and exquisit

I really don't know how it impacts my health, I know it helps me with hangovers, and I'm happy to eat it and prepare it, listening salsa and with the whole family.

Drink of the Gods

My favorite technology is more a process than a object, and this is the mass production of beer. It’s my favorite because I like beer so much and everything that comes with it ( happines, laughs, incoherence, etc) except for the hangover, that is my nemesis.

The truth is that I have no idea what is the process like, or anything about it, but I have deep respect and admiration for those who make it work because they make the world a better place. the only thing I know about beer is how to drink it (and I'm not sure about that).

 It makes life happier and easier, it has made me have great friends and experiences, but also enemies, which I also like because it makes life less boring.

I totally recommend it becausethere always wll be  more types of beers, and more quantity of this celestial liquid, so the world would be more relaxed and happier.

 

Timeline of my wishes

 A few months before the university selection test, in my last year of school, I enter in a film workshop,that's where I met the Propaganda (2014) producer. I talked to him about film studies in college. I didn't have many options, so i started to think about this one very seriously, because honestly I did not want to study or work however I preferred to study. Regardless of that, movies and everything related caught my attention, and I love watching movies so it was a plus.

As far as I can remember I always wanted to be a gangster hahaha. Seriously, in my childhood I wanted to be a soccer player or a letter carrier to ride a bicycle in peace and quiet, but when I grew up a little bit I didn't want to be anything. 

My experience at the university was only one year on campus. I didn't spend much time with my classmates because I ended up making friends with people from biotech, but at parties (which were too many) I shared a lot with everyone. I also became Valeria´s godfather, a classmate of this branch, which is very entertaining and good. since the second year it has been online so not much has happened.

A Little About Me

 

My name is Andrés, I was born in 2001 so I am 20 years old. I have lived all my life in the same house in Peñaflor, I have always liked the green spaces in here but it’s too peaceful for me. I’m not so attached to this commune because when I was 12 years old, I had to go study at the center of Santiago.

A few months before the university selection test, I decided to study cinema and TV at University of Chile, and here I am, in the fifth semester of the career.

My close family is composed by 10 people, my parents, my brothers, my grandparents who live in Cerro Navia, my aunt and my cousin with his two kids who live right next to my house, so we are really close.

My biggest passion witouth doubt is Colo-Colo, for them I’ve suffered and enjoyed every day, more so over the last league. Another passion I have is cinema, my favorite director is Martin Scorsese.

Before quarantine, I used to go to many parties every week, not just weekends, but now my night’s activity is playing board-games with my family and that is so much better. Despite partying, I used to play football a lot, that’s the thing I miss the most and I’m really looking forward to playing again.
